- Mengisi Form Berita Acara Kejadian beserta kronologinya
- Menunggu GEA berkoordinasi dengan pihak yang ada di sekitar lokasi kejadian. Jika barang masih belum ditemukan, GEA akan meminta nomor yang dapat dihubungi untuk diproses lebih lanjut
