A Design State of Mind: Take a Look at ADGI Design Week
From October 9–25, 2026, ASHTA District 8 turns into a creative playground with DESIGN SPEAKS: Where Creativity Lives. Bringing together exhibitions, design talks, curated markets, and immersive experiences, this celebration invites visitors to see how design goes beyond aesthetics to shape culture, spaces, and everyday life.

Graphic Design Breaks the Rules
From October 14–18, ADGI Design Week 2026 returns to ASHTA District 8 through GRAFIS’26, marking the third edition of the annual celebration by the Asosiasi Desainer Grafis Indonesia (ADGI). This year’s theme, “OFF GRID,” explores how graphic design moves beyond conventional boundaries, crossing into film, architecture, product design, creative technology, and more. At SCBD Lobby, the International Exhibition features works from D&AD Awards 2026 and TDC72, while Museum DGI: Y2K at Melting Pot revisits Indonesia’s graphic design scene after Reformasi.
At SPAC8, GRAFIS’26 brings together more than 50 exhibitors from Indonesia and the region, alongside The Design Talents, spotlighting emerging designers from ADGI member campuses. The lineup continues with Design Talks at FLIX Cinema from October 16–18 and Design Market at Upper Marketplace, where independent creators bring their ideas to life through original products and design-led merchandise. Together, these experiences offer fresh perspectives on the people, ideas, and creative movements shaping graphic design today.

Design Inspires New Perspectives
As the venue for ADGI Design Week 2026, ASHTA District 8 brings these creative encounters into an urban setting where art, culture, and community come together. Beyond the exhibitions, talks, and market, visitors can discover the stories, processes, and ideas that shape the world of design, making each visit an opportunity to see something differently.
This October, follow your curiosity, explore beyond the expected, and find inspiration around every corner at ASHTA District 8. Because great design doesn’t just catch your eye; it gets you thinking.
